As the season shifts from the chill of spring to the sun-drenched days of early summer, Smokehouse by BraaiCraft has been alive with fire, flavour, and unforgettable moments. These past two months have been nothing short of electric – new dishes, exciting events, celebrity diners, and heartfelt feedback from our growing community of food lovers. Here’s Smokehouse updates with a look at what we’ve been up to from April through May:


New Menu Additions – Crafted Over Fire, Smokehouse Updates

We’re always evolving, and this season’s additions reflect our philosophy: honest food, cooked over real fire, and plated with care. We’ve introduced:

  • Flame-Grilled Burgers: Our handcrafted burgers – lamb, chicken, and veggie – have become instant hits. Grilled over live flame, served with crisp house-made slaw and fries. The lamb burger, in particular, has been dubbed “a flavour bomb” by one of our guests.

  • Truffle Burrata Plate: Rich, creamy burrata drizzled with white truffle oil and paired with seasonal accompaniments. This indulgent starter has become one of the most-ordered dishes in record time.

These dishes join the ranks of our classics, and they’re here to stay.

Smokehouse Sundays & Private Dining – Fire, Friends, and Flavour
Our Smokehouse Sundays have truly blossomed into a signature experience. Set in our garden space, surrounded by pine trees and apple blossoms, these relaxed cookouts feature open-fire roasts, Asado grilling, and shared tables where strangers become friends.

We’ve also hosted some private dining experiences, including a large-scale catered BBQ lunch for 60 guests – an ambitious and rewarding moment for our team. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or a celebratory gathering, our team adapts, and the fire keeps burning.


Vinyl Vibes – Setting the Mood with Blues, Rock, and Jazz
Beyond the food, it’s the ambience that our guests fall in love with. Our vintage vinyl turntable spins soulful blues, classic rock, and mellow jazz, creating a nostalgic, warm soundscape that complements every bite and every sip. Whether it’s a slow coffee afternoon or a moody evening dinner, there’s always a record playing in the background.
