Fresh, Made-to-Order Food
All items at BraaiCraft Smokehouse are prepared fresh and cooked to order. Some dishes involve slow-cooking and fire-based preparation, which means preparation times may vary. We strongly recommend placing pre-orders where advised to ensure availability.
Delivery and Takeaway
Orders may be fulfilled via delivery partners or direct takeaway, depending on your location and chosen mode. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
General Policy
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of food, we do not accept returns once an order has been prepared or delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Incorrect items delivered
Missing items in the order
Food received in a damaged or spilled condition
Proven quality issues at the time of delivery
All such issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.

Claims without supporting images may not be eligible for review.
Resolution Method
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following based on the situation:
Replacement of the affected item
Credit or partial refund
Full refund in rare and justified cases
All decisions are made at the sole discretion of BraaiCraft Smokehouse.
Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
Third-Party Platforms: Orders placed through aggregators such as Swiggy or Zomato are governed by their respective refund policies. Customers must raise refund requests directly with those platforms.
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun
Pre-orders may be cancelled only if the request is made well in advance and confirmed by our team
Taste, portion size perception, or personal preference differences do not qualify for refunds. Our food is prepared following standardised recipes and portioning developed for consistency and quality.
Consumer Rights in India
BraaiCraft Smokehouse operates in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon / Delhi NCR, unless stated otherwise.
