We had an incredible private BBQ evening at the Smokehouse by BraaiCraft. We were staying at their Native Route cottages, and we requested a private dinner for our stay.

They had set up a cosy bonfire in the garden, and we were treated to some exceptional Asado-style mutton and chicken with chimichurri as starters, followed by a delightful chicken galantine with mushroom sauce as the main course. Every dish was prepared to perfection and tasted outstanding.

We also couldn't resist purchasing one of their portable firepits, which is a fantastic addition to our garden.

It was a lovely and relaxed evening, perfectly complemented by our stay at the cottage. We highly recommend Smokehouse by BraaiCraft for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in the mountains.

I travelled with my dog Charlie, who also fell in love with the place. The pet-friendly vibe truly shines here, especially with a dedicated Pet Menu. Charlie went gaga over the smoked chicken strips and BBQ meat bites, making it a treat for both of us. Mornings were equally special, with a superb cup of coffee by the brook in the delightful company of Elsa and Lili, the charming resident pets. It definitely seemed it was slow-cooked over low heat until it was unbelievably tender, succulent, and full of flavour. We also had ordered Galantine and Trout asado. We went to this place adjoining storiiby Itc Manali. We loved everything from food to vibes to lovely hosts. The place feels like a home the moment you enter. The food was so so good. They have two loving pets. The owner arranged a bonfire especially for us. Will surely visit again. Highly recommended.

The place was an absolute vibe...we sat in the inside cafe which has a good old world charm..they have some classic rock vinyl records on display which was pretty cool..the hosts were very warm and welcoming...coming to the food...we ordered the grilled trout and kahwa tea...the tea was good and refreshing..the fish though was a bit bland to my taste but loved the veggies and dip served along with the fish. Loved the veggies so much we ended up ordering a seperate portion of the veggies...
